Everyone brings a wrapped gift

Set a budget. Keep it wrapped. Put all gifts in the center. Assign numbers for turn order.

Pick a gift, then roll

First player picks from the pile and unwraps it — then rolls the die. The die decides what happens next.

Roll, then deal with it

Each subsequent player rolls first — whatever the die says, you do. No exceptions. No negotiating with the dice.

Stolen gifts can't be immediately stolen back

If your gift gets taken, you must pick from the pile — you can't steal it back on the same turn. Any gift can be stolen a max of 3 times before it's frozen.

Last player gets a final choice

After everyone's gone, the first player can keep their gift or swap with anyone. Then it's over. Keep what you've got — or live with what the dice gave you.

Best for 4–12 players

Bachelorettes, birthdays, holidays, girls' nights. Bring drinks. Bring your poker face. Leave judgment at the door.
